Newly Renovated Condo with two new full bathrooms! Set on the 2nd hole of Minerals golf course. Minutes from the Mountain Creek Ski area, snow tubing, water park and 6 premier golf courses. Our unit is located in a quiet building which is perfect for families with 24 hr security. We recently spent over 40K on renovations, the unit is in fantastic condition with new bathrooms, flooring, carpeting, most of the furniture is new and we would like to keep it that way. Absolutely no parties or guests other than those listed on our contract. Hopefully this works for you if not you may want to choose another listing.

Summary: Steve is a fantastic host!! Beautiful location, very peaceful out in nature! If you aren’t a fan of stairs, this may not be the place for you but we had a lovely visit!

Summary: We had a great stay. The host was helpful and the logistics were very smooth. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. It was very well equipped and we appreciated the basket of snacks left for us! We would definitely come back for another stay!

Summary: We only booked for 1 night as we were attending a birthday party the next day. So we enjoyed a short Siblings visit. The place was Exactly as shown in the pictures. We Never left. We were so comfortable and the place is so cozy, we stayed im and had a Wonderful evening. Steve was Great, very responsive and accommodating. We would Definitely Return & stay longer.

Summary: This was a great way to start our road trip. The condo was great, very clean, welcoming, and had all the things anyone could need. The owner was very easy to reach during our stay. They even left snacks for when we arrived and check out was a breeze! It’s nice to not have to clean the place top to bottom at check out, felt like a true vacation!
